Lakshmi H R is a Senior Engineer at Tata Elxsi with over 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering. She is a friendly and determined individual who is always willing to learn new things. Lakshmi has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering. In her current role at Tata Elxsi, Lakshmi is responsible for designing and developing software applications. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and C programming languages. Lakshmi has experience in UI design and has worked extensively on iOS applications. Prior to joining Tata Elxsi, Lakshmi worked at Bosch and Evry India as a Senior Engineer. At Bosch, she designed and developed Homag Intelli apps that provided digital tools to ease the daily work of woodwork machine operators. She also designed and developed an app for Bosch Transport Data Logger (TDL), which collected environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, tilt, and shock that influenced the quality of user shipments. Lakshmi received the Early Achiever award for implementing the TDL app in a short duration. She interacted with customers for requirement gathering, app design review, and suggested app enhancements. Lakshmi was responsible for the app release process to customers. She fetched and managed data from IoT devices using URLSession API and Alamofire. Lakshmi suggested and used the Codable protocol to parse JSON responses. She used SciChart to plot graphs in real-time and improved app performance by 10x using Concurrent programming with Dispatch Queues to render graphs using millions of data points. Lakshmi analyzed user interactions in the app using Google Firebase. Lakshmi has a strong educational background and has completed her Pre-University from St. Joseph Comp PU College, Hassan, and schooling from United Academy, Hassan. Lakshmi is proficient in product designing, search, and testing. She is a valuable asset to any team and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure project success.
